Is it true that the development in Kg.Baru, KL will benefit Malays?

Land ownership rights of the Malays in Kampung Baru are not affected, even if non-Malay community will be given 40 percent quota for a property in the area when the New Village Development project is implemented.

Who will act as a supervisory body which will oversee the Malay ownership of the area? Can the body be trusted? This is the question being discussed by the original inhabitants of Kg.Baru. they are not against development, but feared if any interested party to take advantage of their weakness.

Government has agreed to appoint the Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) as the main developer in implementing the development of Kampung Baru. Apart from PNB, the government also offers two other government-linked companies (GLCs) that the Lembaga Tabung Haji and the Pemodalan Hartanah Berhad.

Malay people of need to pay attention to this issue. There are also advantages and disadvantages if the land is developed there by a ratio of 60: 40. Whatever  it is, we need to ensure that deviation does not happen. Kg.Baru's Malays in particular, and the Malays in general need to provide Plan B to cope with any possible (fraud / hit promise) they are related in this issue.
